Unlike a regulated practice, we; Solomon & Law, are not answerable to the The Law Society, the Solicitors Regulation Authority ("SRA"), The General Council of the Bar and/or the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), all of which significantly reduce our overheads, which would then reduce the fees of our clients. Instead, our unregulated practice contracts with the client on mutually beneficial commercial terms; mitigating risk, and limiting liability in a reasonable manner.

 

Solomon & Law, paralleled with a panel of trusted and reliable, SRA and The Bar regulated Solicitors and Barristers have come together, sharing experiences and knowledge to achieve the best possible results, whatever the matter may be. From time-to-time, Solomon & Law contracts with Solicitors and Barristers on mutually beneficial commercial terms and so, on a case-by-case basis. These professionals are authorised and regulated by the SRA and/or The Bar in their personal capacity and this authorisation and regulation does not apply to Solomon & Law.

The SRA has outlined the importance of unregulated firms that employ Solicitors. As Solomon & Law is unregulated, it does not operate contrary to Section 12 of the LSA 2007 ("LSA 2007") in performing the functions of a Solicitor and/or any other authorised litigator, neither is it selling its services as "A Law Firm".
